GENERAL HOUSE RULES Hours of Operation
The
hours of operation of the Club and its facilities,
shall be determined and established from time-to-time
by Club Management. The hours of operation may be
adjusted seasonally or otherwise as membership usage
and other conditions may require.
Club
Management shall, from time-to-time, determine, establish,
promulgate and publish an appropriate schedule of
hours of operation and shall use reasonable endeavors
to advise the membership of any changes in, and to
otherwise keep the membership informed of the hours
of operation of the Club and its various facilities.
All Club members shall be required to observe and
abide by the hours of operation of the Club as so
determined and established from time-to-time.
Dress Standards
Members of the Club, their dependents, guests and
visitors, shall, at all times, be in attire appropriate
to the area or facility of the Club which they are
using, or in which they are located. The term "appropriate"
shall mean clean, presentable clothing in good condition
and not offensive to other members of the Club or
to the Club Management. Club Management, through the
Club Manager or his assistants, shall have the authority
to determine what constitutes "appropriate attire"
in any particular instance and shall also have the
authority to request anyone who may be inappropriately
attired to leave the Club premises or to leave a particular
area of the Club in which one is located in inappropriate
attire. Specifically for the Fine Dining restaurant,
dress code is at the very least, smart casual attire
(i.e., collared shirts, long pants and closed shoes
for men). Sleeveless shirts and short pants are considered
inappropriate for such area.
Bare feet are prohibited anywhere on Club premises
except at the pool deck area. Accordingly, shoes,
or other appropriate footwear, must be worn in the
clubhouse and on all other sports areas.
The dress standards of the Club may be waived by
Club Management from time-to-time for special Club
activities and functions.
