Keeping true to Golden Haven’s vision to provide a decent resting place for the dearly departed and in response to an increasing demand for memorial lots, Golden Haven opened its second park in Cebu, Queen City of the South and the country’s oldest metropolitan center, in January of 2003. The initial 7-hectare park in Talamban Hills, Cebu has been tagged as a “Mountaintop Sanctuary”, a name befitting the park’s serene beauty and tranquil atmosphere. More importantly, Golden Haven Cebu, which boasts of being the Most Beautiful Memorial Park in Cebu City, offers more than its breathtaking mountaintop views and magnificent vistas.

It also showcases more innovative interment options in keeping with the demands and dictates of the market. Golden Haven Cebu is actually the first in the industry to introduce the concept of a themed memorial park. By developing interment options that follow a motif or inspired by new designs, Golden Haven Cebu seeks to provide its clients with more choices, with the same dignity and elegance as its other more traditional interment choices.

Lawn Lot
The Lawn Lot is an area for underground interment. Characterized by carpets of green Bermuda grass and flat ground markers, the property measures 2.44 square meters (1 meter wide by 2.44 meters long). A maximum of two (2) bodies, with not more than two (2) sets of bones or cinerary remains, may be interred in a double-tiered configuration.

• Doubled-tiered
• Only markers or tablets mat be placed on the ground
• Size – 1 meter wide, 2.5 meters long
• May inter two (2) bodies with not more than two (2) sets of bones or cinerary remains

Four-Lot Garden
The Four-Lot Garden Niche is an area for underground interment composed of four adjoining lots. The property measures 10 square meters and a total of FIVE (5) bodies, with not more than nine (9) sets of bones or cinerary remains, may be interred in a double-tiered configuration.

Description:

• Minimum of four (4) lots which measures 3 meters wide x 3.5 meters long
• With one (1) exposed niche measuring 1 meter in height and 3 meters in width inclusive of 2 bone vaults on vertical lot.
• May inter four (4) bodies and eight (8) sets of bones or cinerary remains

Five-Lot Garden
The Five-Lot Garden is an area for underground interment composed of five adjoining lots. The property measures 12.50 square meters and a total of ten (10) bodies, with not more than ten (10) sets of bones or cinerary remains, may be interred in a double-tiered configuration.

Description:

• Minimum of five (5) lots which measures 2.5 meters wide x 5 meters in length
• Single-tiered
• With one (1) exposed niche measuring 1 meter in height and 2.5 meters in width
• May inter five (5) bodies and five (5) sets of bones or cinerary remains

Garden Plaza
A unique and one of a kind concept by Golden Haven, The Garden Plaza is located at the Garden of Saints of Transfiguration. Only three Saints would grace the Garden Transfiguration: Saint Peter, The Price of The Apostles, Saint John, The Baptist, and saint James, The Greater. The three key apostles of the Lord Jesus Christ. Each of the three saints would be nestled atop each of the beautiful three Garden Plaza to be erected on the Garden of Transfiguration.

The Garden Plaza is an area for underground interment characterized by pre-designed vaults for urns and an exclusive garden enclosed by benches. The property measures 30 square meters and allows for a maximum interment of four (4) bodies, four (4) sets of bones and four (4) urns.

Imperial Garden
Inspired by the opulence and grandeur of Chinese architectural design the Imperial Gardens is Golden Haven’s version of the more traditional Family Estate. Characterized by landscaped gardens, idyllic moon gates, picturesque ponds and walkways, the Imperial Gardens has four distinctive areas: The Island Mausoleum, Shore Lots, The Mandarin Court, and The Dragon Court.

The Pope John Paul II Memorials Hill
The Pope John Paul II Hill is a beautiful testament to the memory of one of history’s greatest peacemaker, The Blessed Pope John Paul II. The Pope John Paul II Memorial Hill commemorates the life and legacy of the one of the world’s most-loved Pope. As the Pope is respected by millions, the enclave welcomes all kinds of race, Christian and non-Christian.

Four Lot Garden Inventory is available at this area. The minimum lot area of the property is 10.5 square meter. It has one (1) exposed niche inclusive of two (2) bone vaults on vertical lot. It may accommodate four (4) bodies and eight (8) sets of bones or cinerary remains in a single-tiered configuration.

Memorial Terrace
One of the newest products in Memorial parks in Cebu City is the Memorial Terrace. Highlighted by vaults solely for bones or urns characterized with built-in structure embankment ridge with level top (1 lot).
The area developed for the underground interment is covered with Bermuda grass. Option to inter one (1) set of bone or one (1) urn. The Gazebo located in each cluster of terrace is a perfect place for resting and get-together for family when visiting.

Description:

• Maximum height of the units is 2.50 meters including the vaults for bones or urns
• Height of bone vault is 0.5 meter while height of the vault for fresh body is 1 meter by 2.5 meter in width each.
• May inter two (2) bodies and four (4) sets of bone or cinerary remains

Terrace Garden
The Terrace Garden is an alternative choice for those who like to be interned in the traditional way. Devoted for above and underground interment characterized by built-in embankment ridge with level top (3 lots).

Description:

• Each lot with single-tiered configuration
• May inter four (4) bodies and eight (8) sets of bones or cremated remains
• Built-in structure embankment ridge with level top (3 lots)

Family Estate (10 Lots)

Description:

• 10 lots totaling 25 sq. m.
• Pre-designed with 12 sq. m build able area, characterized by open memorial shed-type structure
• The structure which neither shall nor exceed 3.3 meters in height. Characterized by semi-open structure with maximum 2-exposed niche. Regular size of the vaults is 1 meter in length by 0.5-meter width and 0.5 meter height.
• Fencing the property is not allowed
• Maximum of 22 interments with the following breakdown.

Underground – 4
- Above (niche) – 2
- Bone/ash vaults – 16

Family Estate (12 LOTS)

Description:

• 12 lots totaling 30 sq. m.
• Desired lay-out or design should be approved by Golden Haven office
• With 16 sq. m. build able area
• The memorial structure (mausoleum) which neither shall nor exceed 4.5 meters in height. A restrooms or kitchen can be an option in design.
• UNLIMITED interment

From Mandaue area 2 ride-PUJ, and one ride from Ayala Business Center. Our Park will cater mainly for families specially those residing in Talamban, Pit-os, Banilad, Mandaue, Mabolo, Lahug, Guadalupe, Cabankalan, Pinagsabungan, and even those in Mactan Island.
